Tomato, kale and poached egg with toast


This is a low-calorie breakfast, you cook it just need 15minutes ,so easy and quick
to have a runny yolk and bread on table!!!

⦁    Bring water to boil in a large pan
⦁    Heat oil in frying pan, add garlic, kale and chili flakes,
      cook over medium heat for 4 minutes, stir occasionally,
      set aside when kale is crisp and wilts to half size
⦁    Reduce heat on water and poach eggs for 2 minutes, toast bread
⦁    Remove poached eggs and top toasted bread, add tomatoes, kale and feta
