Ingredients:
400g large uncooked prawns
3 thinly sliced garlic cloves
2 tablespoons dry sherry
3 tablespoons olive oil
handful chopped parsley
Directions:
Heat frying pan, pour garlic, fry for some seconds, add prawns, cook for some minutes until pink
Pour sherry, cook until prawns are cooked through, sprinkle parsley, serve
